She is a Communication Specialist in Corporate and Media Affairs. In addition, she is also a Marketing Expert and a Knowledge Management practitioner and consultant. 

Dr. Pusta is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ybanez Management Consultancy. She is also an Academic Program Evaluator of the Philippine Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
